🧩 SIMPLE is an eight-week guided programme designed to get your tutoring set up - not just give you more things to learn.

Each week, you'll work through short, bite-sized training and then take action on one part of your actual tutoring setup. You'll have practical resources, templates and interactive workbooks to help you, with everything broken down into manageable steps. Allow around 2–3 hours a week to watch the training and get the work done, and then an hour an half on Saturday morning for the live group implemtation session.

You'll STUDY the short training, TAKE ACTION by creating something you actually need for your tutoring business, share the EVIDENCE that you've done it, and then we'll PRACTISE TOGETHER in our live group session.

So one week you might leave with your offer and prices decided. Another with your landing page created. Another with your booking and payment system working.

By the end, all those individual pieces add up to a tutoring setup that's ready to use.

🧩 You'll start with a live kickoff call and finish with your ready-to-tutor graduation call.

In between, our weekly live group sessions give you a deadline, accountability and somewhere to get feedback, ask questions and sort out anything that's holding you up. If you can't attend a session live, you'll be able to watch the recording.

At graduation, we'll check that all the pieces are in place, troubleshoot any remaining gaps and make your concrete plan for putting your new tutoring setup to work.

Having a great offer isn't much use if nobody knows it exists. We'll look at straightforward, realistic ways to start putting yourself in front of potential clients - including using social media without turning yourself into a full-time content creator.

What happens when a parent is interested?

We'll build the simple journey from first enquiry to paying pupil: with a two-lesson trial, booking, payment and onboarding.

✅ You'll have a clear, professional system that takes a parent from “I'm interested” to “we're booked in” and we'll automate it, so you don't have much admin at all.

What do I actually need to tutor confidently online?

We'll get your tutoring tech working, show you how to deliver effectively online and get you familiar with the Jigsaw Phonics lessons and resources so you aren't starting every week with a blank PowerPoint and hours of planning.

✅ You'll have your tech sorted, your teaching resources ready and the confidence to deliver your first online lessons.

We'll bring the whole SIMPLE system together, check for any gaps, troubleshoot anything that's still holding you back and make a concrete plan for getting - and starting - your first pupils (if you haven't already).

We'll also celebrate just how much you've actually created in eight weeks and show you how you can continue with Jigsaw Phonics if you'd like ongoing access to our ready-to-tutor lessons, resources and live support.

🧩 After the training, if you choose, you can join the Jigsaw Phonics Membership for continued community support with regular group calls and a community WhatsApp group, plus a licence to keep using the  ready-to-tutor lessons.  

Continuing is entirely optional - there is no automatic subscription. The fee is £49 monthly. Cancel any time.
